Psychotherapy

In our practice, we see ourselves as solution-focused, practical and interactive therapists who will help you resolve current problems and long-standing patterns.

In sessions we mainly use a cognitive behavioral approach (CBT) but our work is also strongly influenced by a newer form of behavioral therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

The use of methods such as mindfulness or the clarification of personal values helps people bring back the meaning and purpose they wish for in their lives.

We mainly work with the following presenting problems:

  • Adjustment to Life Changes
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Social Phobia
  • Panic Disorders
  • Life Crises
  • Personality Disorders
  • Sexual Dysfunctions
  • Psychosomatic Disorder
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Substance Abuse
  • Stress Related Problems
  • Affirmative psychotherapy for LGBTIQ+ clients
  • Workplace Issues
