Sophia Adolph

About me:

As a cognitive-behavioral therapist I use empirically-based and resource-oriented psychological interventions.

We develop an individualized therapy plan together, which focuses on transparency as well as developing your own expertise.

Apart from the traditional cognitive behavioral techniques I also use newer approaches such as schema therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.

Due to good knowledge of the English and Dutch language, I am able to offer psychotherapy in both of these languages as well.
